A $1,200 booking deposit is required to reserve your dates and will be applied toward the total cost of your stay. The deposit is refundable until 90 days before arrival; cancellations after that point will forfeit the deposit. A separate refundable security deposit is required before arrival and will be returned after checkout once our cleaning team has inspected the house.
